Resolved Question: Is it too late for me to apply for any colleges?

Im 19 and graduated high school in '09. I decided to take the year off and figure out what it was i wanted to do. I think i found the major i want to take but now its early April and im not sure if its too late to apply to any colleges. This is a list of some of the colleges im interested in.
